After relocating to Miami in the 1980s, Dr. Moise dedicated his early medical career to serving underserved communities, including Haitian refugee families who lacked access to care and Creole-speaking physicians. He later founded his own medical practice, growing it from a small storefront clinic into a multi-location comprehensive health center serving thousands of patients.

Dr. Moise also served his country for more than two decades in the United States Air Force Reserve as a Flight Surgeon, retiring with the rank of Colonel. In addition to his medical and military service, Dr. Moise has been a business leader and civic volunteer throughout South Florida. He has served on numerous boards and was President of the University of Miami Alumni Association. He also founded Miami’s first full-time Creole-language radio station to better connect and inform the Haitian-American community.

Dr. Moise has been active in public service and public policy for many years. He previously testified before the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the crisis in Haiti and later served on a Florida advisory group focused on Haiti policy. He has run for Congress as a Democrat and continues to advocate for stronger health care, ethical government, and economic opportunity for working families.
